Born and raised in Medina, Guy was brought up in the real estate business with a father who owned his own brokerage. 

After graduating from Medina High School, he attended Ohio State and the University of Akron.  Shortly after, he moved away to pursue other opportunities.  After 10 years, he came back to his hometown to put his roots down.

A father of children who are all now all adults and succeeding on their own, Guy worked hard in the construction industry for over 25 years as a licensed contractor specializing in the residential home market.  He has operated his own plumbing company as well so he is well versed in not only the ins and outs of a home but the strategic decisions people go through in preparing their homes for sale.  His construction knowledge is a huge asset for the buyers and sellers that he represents.

He decided to follow in his family's footsteps and became a licensed REALTOR in 2019.  Known for his ability to get the job done and put his client’s needs first, Guy has quickly become well respected by his peers and clients.

In his spare time, he spends as much time as he can with his kids, as well as coaching and supporting local sports teams and the Special Olympics.
